Every man has the desire to build large biceps But some men do jobs and work and do not go to the Gym to make biceps So do not worry I am telling you some exercises to make biceps If you do these exercises at home I am 100 % sure that you make biceps in days.
1: Chin-up;
The first exercise is to chin up to build biceps at home. Chin-up is the best exercise to build muscles and biceps in days.
Chin-up exercise target your back shoulder and biceps muscles it is an important exercise to develop your body. you can do a chin-up in easy ways;
- Put yourself behind a horizontal bar and take an underhand grip on it with your palms facing you and about shoulder-width apart. You can cross your feet as you hang from the bar.
- As you raise your chin above the bar, squeeze your shoulder blades and bend your elbows.
- After pausing briefly, lower yourself. This is 1 rep. Keep going for as many repetitions as you can.
2: Biceps Curl exercise;
Biceps curl is the best exercise to make biceps in days because this is one of the exercises every bodybuilder do this exercise daily for large biceps.
The other exercise are working on different muscles the biceps curl is the one exercise who target that your main bicep muscle and make these muscles in days.
you can do this exercise in easy ways;
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand.
- To raise the dumbbells toward your shoulders, turn your arms so that they are facing front and bend your elbows. Slowly lift the two dumbbells (around 2–3 seconds). Avert swaying your arms and body, which detracts from your biceps' prominence.
- Take around three seconds to gradually drop the weights until you are back in the beginning position. That is one rep.
- You can do 2 to 4 sets of 12 and 15 reps daily you can easily gain biceps.
3: Pushups;
Pushups are the best exercise to build biceps in days. Pushups are not made of biceps but they make the chest triceps and all muscles of the body. If you can do only pushups daily you make your body in days.
Pushups are the main exercise in bodybuilding because they make up 50 % of the body. you can do pushups in easy ways first you warm up your body then do pushups. If you are a beginner you can do 10 pushups daily and increase your pushups day by day as your stamina increases.

4: Alternate biceps curl exercise;
The alternate biceps curl is the best exercise to make biceps at home. This exercise directly targets the main bicep muscles this is the way the biceps develop in days without any effort.
You can concentrate on each arm separately while doing alternate biceps curls to enhance the mind-body connection.
- With your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in your right hand, stand upright.
- Curl the dumbbell slowly in the direction of your right shoulder while maintaining your left arm at your side or your hand on your hip. After that, gradually return the dumbbell to its initial position. That is one rep.
- You can do 4 to 5 sets of 12 to 15 reps per day you can build your biceps muscles at home in an easy way.
Plank is the best exercise to build bicep and triceps muscles because when you do this exercise your all body weight is in your hand. This is the way the plank exercise develops biceps muscles.
If you do this exercise for 2 minutes you can develop your biceps muscles in days. A normal person does this exercise for 30 to 50 seconds because all weight stays in your hand.
