Every man desires to make his back muscle strong but does not make it because he's not going to the Gym and does not follow proper exercises to build back muscles.

1: Pull-ups;

The first exercise to make back muscles strong is pull-ups. Pull-ups are the one and the main exercise to make back muscles strong it also makes your biceps and triceps.
Every bodybuilder who makes back muscles strong use this exercise daily in routine. If you think that pull-ups are a very difficult exercise but it is a very simple exercise if you do this exercise daily in your routine.
You can perform these exercises in easy ways. If you are a beginner so it's difficult to do this exercise for the first time because this exercise needs more stamina to perform these exercise. when you are an expert in this exercise you easily build your back muscles and other parts of the body.
First, warm up your body then do this exercise because if you are not warming up your body so you do not make your back muscles so please warm up your body. You do this exercise as well as shown in the video below;


2: Deadlift exercise;

A deadlift is the best exercise to build back muscles strong in days. The deadlift is a very important exercise for back muscles and legs. Everyone needs to build back muscles in days so do this exercise daily in routine you make back muscles days.
If you are a beginner so you do this exercise daily and 15 to 20 reps of 4 and 5 sets daily in your routine. First, warm up your body then do this exercise. 
My point of view is if you need your back muscles faster in days so do this exercise daily in the evening because in the evening you easily warm up your body.

3: Dumbbell and barbell rows exercise;

Dumbbell and barbell rows are the best exercises to make build muscles in days. If you are making back muscle in days so you need to perform these exercises daily in routine.
Every bodybuilder uses these exercises in their daily routine. Some man thinks that these exercises are very difficult but these exercises are very simple. 
First, you warm up your body then do this exercise. This exercise not makes your back muscles strong but also makes your biceps and triceps.
