How can I grow my biceps in 2 days?
Every man has the desire to grow biceps in 2 days but it is not easy its very difficult to make biceps in 2 days. So I am introducing some exercises if you follow daily so you can make biceps in days without any effort. If you think that you can do this exercise for two days and make biceps so it's not possible if you do this exercise daily in routine you can make biceps in days.
I am introducing some main exercises for the biceps if you follow them you definitely make biceps in days.
1: Pushups;
Pushups are the best exercise for making biceps in days. Pushups are not made your biceps but they make your chest and triceps. If you are a beginner to make biceps in days so it is the best exercise for you.
If you do only pushups daily in your routine, I am 100% sure you are making your biceps in days. You can do pushups easily. First, you warm up your body then do pushups because if you are not warmed up your body you are not making biceps in days. if you do pushups you do not go to anyone for making biceps you can perform pushups at home in easy ways. you can perform pushups easily as I describe in the video below;
2: Biceps Curl exercise;
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and a dumbbell in each hand.
- To raise the dumbbells toward your shoulders, turn your arms so that they are facing front and bend your elbows. Slowly lift the two dumbbells (around 2–3 seconds). Avert swaying your arms and body, which detracts from your biceps' prominence.
- Take around three seconds to gradually drop the weights until you are back in the beginning position. That is one rep.
- You can do 2 to 4 sets of 12 and 15 reps daily you can easily gain biceps.
3: Cable straight bar curl;
A cable straight bar curl is the best exercise to grow biceps in days. You can perform these exercises in easy ways. If you want to grow large biceps you need to do this exercise daily.
First, you warm up your body and then do the cable straight bar exercise. If you are a beginner you are doing this exercise 2 and 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps daily. Every bodybuilder does this exercise daily in routine to large biceps.
